Bottega Diamond Prosecco
Characteristics and production process: The grapes are hand-picked in wooden cases and produced with a white vinification (must and skin are immediately separated). Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18° C. The wine obtained is then submitted to the sparkling process in autoclave at 14°-15° C for a minimum of 3 months and daily slightly shaked. It is then cold stabilized at – 5° C for a week, then filtered and bottled.
Bouquet: Clear, characteristic, light fragrance of bread crust, delicate, pleasant and elegant
Taste: Dry, alcoholic, velvety, harmonious, tasty, with persistent aftertaste, scents of fresh yellow fruit and spices
