Milled, Mashed, Fermented and Distilled on site at Lindores Abbey Distillery from 100% Fife barley and local water source.
As with all of Lindores Whisky, this release is non chill filtered, of natural colour and bottled on site at Lindores Abbey Distillery.
Colour: Pale Gold
Nose: Pleasant mellow fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears and vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches
Palate: Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, oaky woody notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery touches. Pleasant silky texture
Finish: Medium length finish
