White Peak Cask Aged Rum
White Peak have been really excited about the rum project since they started year long trials in late 2018, and the response from those that have tasted so far has been great.White Peak create rum from scratch using solidified sugar cane juice imported from South America which we blend with molasses. The entire process of fermentation, distillation, maturation and bottling all happens at the Distillery. They are really proud to have created an authentic rum here in Derbyshire.

We use APC as our courier, they work on a next day delivery basis, however we estimate 2-3 days so not to disappoint. When the order is received APC will issue you a tracking number via email or text. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and some other areas of Scotland.
