La Dama Tequila Blanco

Nothing is wasted when it comes to La Dama. The bottles are forged using old pieces of forgotten recycled glass!The exhausted fibres left over from the tequila production (bagasse) are re-used to make books and canvas donated to the local community.In 2019 they donated an estimated 1,500 books and canvasses and by the end of 2021 the project hopes to donate 10 times that number.

At the heart of the production and ethos of this exciting tequila project is a love for nature and the land that ultimately allows its existence. The agave plants are organically grown, never harvested before peak maturation and a sustainable replanting programme ensures the longevity and future of the venture. This is an exceptional tequila that is delicious sipped neat, showing notes of cooked agave wild herbs, citrus peels while hints of milk chocolate develop on the creamy smooth textured palate.

Serve it neat with ice and sip it slowly, it really is that complex and smooth. It doesn’t really need anything else.
