Mackmyra Svensk Rök Amerikansk Ek
The second edition of Mackmyra Svensk Rök – meaning Swedish smoke – is inspired by the Swedish tradition of seasoning and preserving food by infusing it with juniper smoke. Amerikansk Ek has been matured in virgin American oak casks, creating prominent notes of vanilla and wild herbs amongst rich peat, juniper and tar.
