Pike creek crafted with 10 year old whisky finished in rum barrels. A complexity of sweet dried fruit with underlying peppery spice and subtle toffee notes. A well balanced blend of dried fruits, vanilla and toffee. Amber with hues of ruby red in colour. A well balanced blend of dried fruits, vanilla and toffee with warm and smooth finish.
