This wine is bottled within weeks of being harvested and the result in primary fruit takes you on a journey of evolution in the bottle so that you can never be entirely sure which flavours you will enjoy on any given day. This makes it a hugely energetic drop to follow and in spite of its perceived required youth, it’s fascinating to taste how any vintage of this wine, current or otherwise, evolves.
