Full bodied and fragrant. This is a Syrah dominated blend with Grenache, Mourvedre, and Cinsault. Aromas of plum, blackberry, graphite, leather, and warm herbs. Full bodied with some young, chalky tannins, and medium acidity. Fruit is ripe and rich on the palate with more leather and smoke on the finish. Enjoy with rich, slow-cooked meat or lentil dishes.
