Casalforte Amarone Della Valpolicella
This Amarone comes to life from the vineyards located north of Verona, in the production area of Valpolicella.
Fruit of a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes, left to dry in fruit stores until January. Fermentation takes place slowly, with a period of maceration in contact with the skins. It follows aging in oak barrels for at least 24 months.
In the glass it has a deep garnet red color. The olfactory sensations are reminiscent of cherry jam and cinnamon, enriched with notes of vanilla and coffee. On the palate it is soft, full-bodied and well structured.
