Varietal composition: Oskhanuri Sapere
Late harvest in late October - mid-November. Selection of the best bunches. Comb separation, crushing. Fermentation in oak barrels at a temperature of 23-28 ° C. Extract in the same barrels for 2 years, then in bottles.
The color is dark crimson. Aroma with plant tones, notes of black fruit, plum. Elegant, rich taste with high acidity, a long finish.
