This is the first time the Ardnamurchan blending team vatted malts fully matured in sherry casks. They combined Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry butts and a few octaves to create this rich, succulent dram—a marriage of peated and unpeated spirit, which delivers amazing complexity.
