An Old Tom is a traditional gin, usually made with sugar or liquorice. We've used Simpkins' liquorice Nipits in our recipe to bring you a traditionally sweetened, celebratory gin. Simpkins is a family-owned business, based in Hillsborough, Sheffield and celebrates 100 years of manufacturing confectionery in 2021. Their most popular product, Nipits, is the inspiration behind the collaboration.
