Mal Bek Rose Provence
Pretty, pink and medium bodied. A balance of delicate aromas, juicy raspberry and succulent strawberry flavours.
The harvest was carefully timed to allow the grapes to ripen fully while still maintaining the fresh, zippy profile necessary for a rosé wine. Gentle handling in the winery and vinification in stainless steel gave a delicate colour and fresh, fruity flavours.
