Dominican rum from the Matusalem, boasting a wealth of caramel and dark fruit deliciousness. Matusalem was once based in Cuba, but following the Castro revolution, it moved to the Dominican Republic. Perhaps the rum boffins out there might notice a particularly Cuban style to this tasty expression...?
