Balcones Pot Still Bourbon
Distilled in pot stills with an aim to produce a fuller flavoured spirit, and aged in new charred oak. This is Balcones take on Bourbon. These Texan distillers use the best corn, and within fermentation and distillation, everything is focused on producing whiskey with lots of flavour.
NOSE: Honeycrisp apples, toasted oak, kettle corn, graham cracker, oiled glove
TASTE: Honey, sweet cream, candied pecans, sandalwood and leather
FINISH: Soft and sweet, drying and tannic fade with lingering spice.
