Torres Santa Digna Merlot
Torres Santa Digna Merlot is a Merlot that was developed after several years of experimentation at plantations with different climates. Aged for six months in American oak casks until bottling, with no type of filtration. This attention paid off when the wine won a Gold Medal at the 2011 International Wine Challenge.
A wine with great aromatic intensity, highlights of plum and dark berry jam mixed with smooth, spicy hints of vanilla and liquorice from the oak ageing.
