Miopasso Appassimento Nero D'Avola
The Miopasso Nero d'Avola is a refined Sicilian red wine with an excellent balance and a long and soft finish. The Sicilia DOC offers the gustator a decisive and peculiar character to combine with a temperature of 16-18 ° C .
The grapes for "drying" are dried for about 30 days in the fruit rooms and then in a ventilated room until they lose at least 25% of their natural weight. After "drying" the grapes are disparate and crushed.
