You can recognize a rose from Provence by the light color of the wine and the modest but intense, fruity and spicy aromas. Most wines in this region are made according to the so-called pression direct method. For this, the grapes are pressed very carefully and gently, so that only a little color comes from the skin into the juice. This keeps the wine transparent pink and gives it an elegant taste.
