The rich and sherried fourth batch of GlenAllachie cask strength 30 year old. Three PX and two Oloroso casks have been specially selected by master distiller, Billy Walker, and perfectly blended together to create this masterpiece.
Official Tasting NotesColour – Polished Antique Mahogany.Nose – Dark chocolate, honeycomb and raisin butter, with hints of muscovado sugar, plum syrup and glazed almonds.Palate – Rich cocoa, heather honey and chocolate raisins, followed by baking spices and molasses, with notes of Black Forest gâteau, grape must and orchard fruits.
