Appearance – vibrant, clear, white
Aroma – gooseberry, elderflower
Taste – light apple, lemon, clean, fresh, honeyed fruit, nettle, cut grass
Conclusion – Fresh English wine at its best, nettle meets apple and lemon, rain on cut grass, flavour and texture stand out.
Produced in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks using a combination of thiol and terpene releasing yeasts. The wine was kept on fermentation lees for 6 months, before a light filtration and bottling.
