Sir Robin Of Locksley VSOT Banyuls Gin
As if the original VSOT from Locksley Distilling Co. wasn't special enough (VSOT stands for "Very Special Old Tom"), they've only gone and created a barrel-aged version of it too! Yes, this is a cask aged, Navy strength, Old Tom gin matured in Banyuls casks. That's quite a lot of bells and whistles for one gin, but it manages to show them all off wonderfully.
