Special edition rum from St Lucia Distillers, named after the year that the Dennery Distillery was founded in St. Lucia. The first edition of St Lucia Distillers 1931 contains rums aged in seven American oak barrels and two port casks, laid down between 2004 and 1999. These then were marred in American white oak casks for three months before bottling.
Boxes have wear and tear from the age and storage in the distillery.
