G H Mumm Vintage 2006 Champagne
The best grapes are carefully selected, then vinified and fermented separately. Only some ten vintages receive this special treatment: the best villages in the Montagne de Reims and Côtes des Blancs. Among them, the Pinot Noirs, which characterize the style of the House, are predominant (64%). It takes time to reveal all of nature's generosity. Aging on the lees is patiently prolonged for five years. When it was judged ready, a low dosage of 6g / l of sugar was added to bring out its character without altering it.
