Oddbird Alcohol Free Spumante

Oddbird Spumante is made from 100% Glera from the Italian province of Treviso located in the Veneto region, commonly known as the Prosecco region.

We select Glera from the finest vineyards, grown with the utmost care on sun exposed slopes and picked at low yields to create a well balanced wine with lots of flavors and aromas. The soil is a mixture between clay, marl, marine sandstone and limestone which in turn creates the perfect conditions for the Glera to become fruity, floral and elegant with lively complexity.

Oddbird Spumante expresses an extensive palate with tones of white pear, green apple, elderflower, honeymelon, citrus, gooseberry and grapefruit and at the same maintaining high acidity and minerality for a balanced, fresh and crisp experience.

The wine is matured for up to 12 months in stainless steel tanks to enhance the wines natural crispiness and then gently liberated from alcohol using a unique and patented method that preserves the wines natural flavors and aromas – just as nature intended. No additives and no artifical colors or aromas.
