Leconfield was established in 1974 by pioneering oenologist Sydney Hamilton. They are renowned for their modern approach, producing high quality wines which are sought after all around the world. This SYN Sparkling Shiraz is a uniquely Australian style of wine with a bright, fresh contemporary style. The grapes are sourced from premium Coonawarra vineyards, with the juice matured in oak, and a small ‘dosage’ of vintage Port added.

Food Recommendations

This is a bright red/scarlet in the glass, with a fresh and vibrant raspberry and plum fruit, dark chocolate and spice notes aroma. This has wonderful balance, with raspberry and cherry flavours and finishes with chocolate and spice and a cleansing freshness. Serve chilled, try with with poultry and earthy flavours. Best enjoyed while young and fresh.
