An exceptional new 2003 vintage from the bright minds at The Dalmore. This expression begins its journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being transferred into rare Matusalem and Amoroso sherry casks, Rivesaltes wine casks, and small-batch bourbon barrels. The result is a wonderfully sweet and spicy dram - the perfect winter warmer!
Expect aromas of spiced toffee, thick honey, and Madagascan vanilla on the nose. The palate brings baking spices, dark berries, and golden syrup before leading into a sweet finish full of cinnamon sugar and candied orange peel.
