Sitting on the eastern side of the McLaren Vale. A younger geology. Beautifully fragrant due to the sand influence, great concentration and complexity.
The name – the wine captures the wonderful uniqueness of the region, minimal input, no fertilization, herbicide sprays, soil cultivation or irrigation. Only the finest barrels are selected to be used for this rare wine.
