Careful selection of grapes. Combs. Soft pressing. Wort sedimentation at low temperature for 15-18 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12-13 ° C with cultured yeast.
The color is straw. Aroma with notes of yellow fruits, plant shades. Fresh, full flavor with high acidity notes of ripe fruit, honey tones.
