The One Collection is a range of fine blended whiskies showcasing the role of innovative cask seasoning in flavour elevation.

An uplifting whisky finished in bespoke Moscatel wine casks, this is a singular blend of select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart, limited to only 4,822 bottles released to the UK market.

Fragrant jasmine and honeyed fruits on the nose lead to a delicate and uplifting palate of citrus with underlying notes of vanilla and manuka honey, with a clean, smooth and lingering finish.

Non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour, with only the natural colours derived from our oak casks in every bottle. 

Enjoy as you please. Add a few drops of water or top with soda water for a chilled, refreshing highball.
