Special edition rum from St Lucia Distillers, named after the year that the Dennery Distillery was founded in St. Lucia. The casks selected for the second edition of 1931 were laid down in 2004, 2005 and 2006, including number of American oak and Port casks which were filled with Coffey still rum and some casks filled with Pot still rum and some casks with a 50/50 of each. All of it married in white American oak and gently filtered to preserve the rum's
