Ron Larimar Oloroso Cask Finish Rum
Ron Larimar Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish has been aged at first in fine American oak casks. After which the rum has been double matured in hand selected oloroso sherry butts from Andalucia, Spain. The result is a rich, fruity and very smooth tasting rum with a long lasting finish.
This is rich and pronounced with aromas of dried fruits, toffee and candied peels. The palate gives layers of chocolate, butterscotch and fruit cake bound with espresso coffee and cinnamon spices. The finish is sweet marzipan and burnt sugar notes fading into dark chocolate and soft spices.
