Christmas cake, honey and rich fruit – with a long cinnamon finish. Perfect after dinner, or frankly, anytime. We distil slower than anyone else in Scotland. Then we mature exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks, for twenty one character-building years.
"The packaging for this Glengoyne 21 Year Old is 100% recyclable, free of magnets and plastic, sourced from FSC approved suppliers and sourced almost entirely in Scotland.
In producing this bottle, our liquid waste is cleansed in CO2-capturing reed beds and our solid waste is harvested with enough energy to power 354 homes each year. We also harness the power of the wind to help us reach our destination by sourcing all our electricity from turbines.
At Glengoyne, we raise our glass to a greener future."
Nose - Red apples, toffee, sherry, spicy strudel.
Colour - Deep Copper, meandering legs
Palate - Lots of Sherry, honey, oak with a developing aromatic sensation. Ends with a heavenly cinnamon nip.
