This bottle marks the first edition of a Rare & Exclusive Collection from The Shed Distillery. Galánta translates to mean “Bravery” and “Excellence”. Every precious drop is distilled by Brian Taft & hand bottled at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney. Limited stock is available now.
NOSE
A wealth of golden caramel, with wood-filled notes of nut, and roasted toffee.
PALATE
A delicious balance of honey, roasted nuts, and hints of sweet apple, followed by a warmth of spice to excite the palate.
FINISH
An elegant lingering finish that dances between pot-spice and sweetness.
