A special bottling of Edradour 12yo, named after Dougie Maclean's most famous song, Caledonia. This is the first in what will be an ongoing series from Edradour.
NOSE
Soft, rounded and fruity. Sultanas and figs drizzled with honey and sprinkled with nutmeg.
PALATE
Rich with dried fruit and spice – dark fruit-cake notes. Orange peel, singed raisins and prunes.
FINISH
Surprisingly dry, with fruit and spice.
