Stauning Floor Malted Rye
This is another variety of Rye Wisky. The combination of malt and pot distillation brings out the cereal notes in this round, full-bodied and nuanced whisky.
Stauning appeals to curious whisky drinkers who are on the hunt for new taste experiences and innovation in whisky production. They are open-minded and explore all the techniques, categories and expressions of whisky.
Soil malting of the local grain and the use of direct-fired pot stills allow Stauning to produce rye whisky with a unique taste. With a grain flavor, instead of dust and spiciness, and with a long, round and sweet finish. The Stauning RYE is made with 51% soil-malted rye and 49% soil-malted barley.
