El Xitxarel-lo Organic

The Xitxarel · Lo is a white wine made by Bodegas Martí Serdá with the autochthonous variety of Penedés par excellence: Xarel · lo. A very dear variety, resistant to drying and heat, which has managed to overcome the passage of time and become the Esséncia of the Territory. The climatic diversity of Penedés and the contrast between the maximum and minimum temperatures allows this variety to reach unique levels of excellence.

Pale yellow with green reflections, clean and bright. Aromas of ripe white fruit, dominated by citrus and floral background with subtle hints of fennel and jasmine. In the mouth has a good offense, fresh and mineral with a silky taste. Finish with good acidity and fruity hints accompanied by creamy that give a good volume and density characteristic of Xarel·lo with a long and pleasant end.
