Pescador Blanc
Satisfying the nation's thirst for fizz, Spanish wine producer Castillo Perelada has added a new lightly sparkling wine.
A blend of 60% Macabeo, 20% Parellada and 20% Xarel-lo, Blanc Pescador is made using natural fermentation, and is fine, light and has a natural sparkle (pétillant). In Spanish these wines are called vinos de aguja, which means 'needle-wines'.
