Ca Lunghetta Merlot
An elegant, well structured wine with hints of currents and violets. Perfect with pasta and meat ravioli.
Harvested between the 15th and the 30th September, the must is left on the skins for 4-8 days. It is then placed in special tanks where fermentation is completed in 8-10 days at 25°-30°C. After bottling the wine is cellared for 2-3 years.
