Diemersfontein Sauvignon Blanc
If you’re looking for a lean, crisp wine that’s extremely flexible when it comes to food, then Diemersfontein Sauvignon Blanc is the wine for you.
The Diemersfontein estate has been in the Sonnenberg family since 1940. First bought by David’s grandfather and then passed down to his father, Richard – who planted the first vines in 1970. Since then, the vineyard has been responsible for truly exceptional wines. This includes the wooded Pinotage which won the Paul Sauer award in 2001.
