Dugladze Tsinandali

Georgian wine company Dugladze was founded in 2004 on the basis of open in 1903, the company Gomi, which specialized in the production of brandies and wines. Production facilities are located in Tbilisi and equipped with modern facilities. In addition, the farm using new methods of growing grapes that allows to produce high-quality alcoholic beverages, which won numerous awards in the field of winemaking. 

o create white dry wine Dugladze, Tsinandali, the producer uses Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane Kakheti grape varieties. Crop harvested only when the berries reach a certain concentration of sugar (18-22%) and acidity. After harvesting the crop is transported to the winery, where the berries are separated from the ridges, after which they are pressed and sent to the wort in special tanks for settling. Over the next 15-18 hours, the juice settles at low temperatures. Next, the wort is separated from the sediment and subjected to alcoholic fermentation with the addition of yeast in the fermentation tanks. The temperature of fermentation - 12-15 ° C
