History
Bodegas Murviedro is one of the largest producers in Valencia - their state of the art winery is capable of producing high quality wines from 1500 hectolitres of vineyard. They control all aspects of production, ensuring consistency. They produce wines from Valencia, as well as neighbouring regions, including Alicante to the south.
Regional Information
Wine production has been present in Valencia and the surrounding regions for thousands of years. Bodegas Murviedro enjoy a mild continental climate with long, hot, dry summers and cold winters. The aging time for wines from this region are shorter than in other Spanish wine making regions due to the climatic conditions and ever changing daily temperatures.
