Jammy Monkey Shiraz
Jammy monkey is a nod to an endangered Langur monkey miraculously born in an Australian zoo. The jammy little thing is one of only 3000 in the world and just like us, is a big fan of grapes.
The shiraz for Jammy Monkey is harvestedin the cool of night from ancient soils in Victoria. In the winery a cool fermentation is followed by some subtle oak ageing, resulting in a smooth plum and mulberry character with enticing hints of spice.
