Vineyards are located in the Mukuzani microzone in the Kakheti region.
Varietal composition: Saperavi 100%
Manual collection. Careful selection of grapes. Combs. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast at a temperature of 23-28 ° C using deletage and repair for 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in 300-liter French oak barrels. Extract in the same barrels for 9-12 months, then in steel tanks.
The color is dark cherry. Fragrance with notes of dark fruits, hints of vanilla and black pepper. Harmonious, well-balanced taste with a powerful tannin structure, good acidity, long aftertaste.
