You can recognize a rose from Provence by the light color of the wine and the modest but intense, fruity and spicy aromas. Most wines in this region are made according to the so-called pression direct method. For this, the grapes are pressed very carefully and gently, so that only a little color comes from the skin into the juice. This keeps the wine transparent pink and gives it an elegant taste. It looks light, but is solid in Provencal style. Made from cinsault and grenach
