Domaine Les Roches Bleues Cote De Brouilly
Domaine Les Roches Bleues, Côte de Brouilly, Réserve de Vieilles Vignes wine is seductively perfumed, a great example of a grown-up Beaujolais from the cru of Côte de Brouilly, to be savoured with food. Raspberry fruit on the nose, the palate is complex - herbs, black pepper, wood smoke, dusted with fine tannins. Lingering as an expensive perfume would on the finish. Best served with plain grilled meats, good quality sausages. Charcuterie, local French cheeses, coq au vin, oriental pork or magret de canard
