BY.OTT Rosé is a blend of 60% Grenache,25% Cinsault and 10% Syrah and 5% Mourbedre. The BY.OTT range is produced at Chateau de Selle’s new winery. The grapes are hand picked, followed by strict and selective sorting on tables and an extremely delicate pressing process of whole bunches with a super short maceration to produce the beautiful light colour. Slow fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated vats.

We use APC as our courier, they work on a next day delivery basis, however we estimate 2-3 days so not to disappoint.
