This wonderful organic pinot gris from Hawke's Bay, New Zealand has aromas of pear, lychee and quince, muddled with peach, almond and nectarine. An attractive textured palate with a balanced dry finish that suits the wine to be chilled and enjoyed on its own or served alongside almost anything other than dark rich dishes.
