Award winning wine, dark purple in colour with a complex flavours of fruit and spice with tannins giving a velvetly finish.
Cellar Notes:Vines over 30 yrs old and picked at full maturity. Fermented at 29 deg cent for 8 to 12 days. 40 % of the wine is matured in oak barrels for upto 6 months before blending
