On the palate it reveals elegance and good texture, and its perfect acidity provides an enveloping sense of freshness. This wine
has aged for 14 months in new and second year barrels of French oak, which has made it round and appetizing, with great ageing potential. Ideal to drink with game, red meat dishes
or cheese.
