Manually harvested grapes, which will be stemmed and cold macerated. Follows a smooth process and brief pressing. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 16 °C in stainless steel tanks and then ends in barrels unroasted. The wine remains on its lees one season before being clarified and bottled.

Nose: Aromas with mostly citrus notes, accompanied by nuts. The fund is completely herbaceous, with a sweet touch.

Mouth: It is very creamy and easy step. Their flavors combine perfectly with the aromas and is characterized by its power, but without overwhelming.
